User 14757f2e57 feat: add SocketIO server integration ...

- Initialize SocketIO with threading mode
- Add WebSocket event handlers (connect, disconnect, subscribe_floor)
- Add broadcast_scan_update() function for pushing scan results
- Integrate broadcast with BT scan endpoint
- Update run_server() to use socketio.run()
