docs: enhance CLAUDE.md with maintenance table

- Add table of key docs with "When to Update" guidance
- Include TASKS.md, TODO.md, ROADMAP.md, CHANGELOG.md
- Add deployment section with node update commands
- Add Multi-scanner sync and Termux support to key files
