Add dynamic inventory configuration

- Add development environment inventory structure
- Configure libvirt/KVM inventory plugin for VM management
- Add grokbox hypervisor host configuration
- Include existing VM hosts (pihole, mymx, derp)
- Set up SSH ProxyJump through grokbox for all VMs
