Add infrastructure configuration files

- Add .gitignore for Ansible project (Python, temp files, secrets)
- Add ansible.cfg with optimized settings
  - Enable SSH pipelining for performance
  - Configure fact caching with jsonfile backend
  - Set roles_path and inventory defaults
